A Comprehensive Review of eCover Creator
A book that looks pretty on display usually sells; people just tend to judge actual books by their covers. This is especially true for software and e-books on the Internet. For many online publishers, however, creating e-covers that will serve as the face of their products can take a lot of time. If they do not have the right skill set, on the other hand, it is completely impossible and they end up outsourcing the task. A good thing is that there is a third option in the form of e-cover creators. One such product is Yoedi’s eCover Creator.
This product is not a software. Instead, it is a Photoshop actionscript, which means that you will need to own a copy of Adobe Photoshop for you to use it, which can be inconvenient to some given the software’s hefty price and complexity. Now, the actionscript makes use of a library of materials to create professional-looking e-book covers including 45 3D mock-up templates for software boxes, software bundle boxes, e-book covers, e-book bundle covers, DVD covers, and mix bundles, and 40 ready-to-use 2D HD e-cover templates. The package will also include a PDF and video product manual.
eCover Creator will launch on Friday, September 18, 2015, at 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time. It will be available for $17. Once released, we will check out this product and add a review of it to this post.
